Athlete Tracking Updates are now live and available for sign ups. Athlete updates are real time messages sent to your mobile phone that update you on the athletes you're following while they are participating in the event on race day.
How does it work?

MINOR ROUTE CHANGES IN 2026

Due to construction on the Johns Hopkins University campus there will be a slight change to the Kaiser Permanente Baltimore Ten Miler course in 2026. The course will now travel on Remington Ave. to 31st St. before turning back to its typical route on Wyman Park Dr.
In addition, with the completion of the construction project at Lake Montebello, the route will return to a full loop around the lake.
