To Those Unable to Return to the Parking Lot through the Zoo

We would like to apologize to those who were unable to walk back to their car through the zoo.  There was a miscommunication between the zoo security and their staff and the original plan was not followed.   While the issue was quickly resolved, we know many of you were turned away and forced to walk around after reaching the gate.    Please accept our sincere apology.
